The Central Government has given big gifts to millions of Central Workers by increasing the 2% Dearness Allowance (DA). This important decision was taken in the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday. After this decision of the government, more than 50 lakh central employees and 55 lakh pensioners will get benefit. Prime Minister Modi was also included in the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday. According to the news, the decision will come into effect from 1 January 2018. Dearness Allowance is given by the Central Government to reduce the impact of rising inflation. Currently the dearness allowance receives five percent of the basic salary
